Recently shopped at this store for some furniture items and happen to meet with sales person Renu there. She was very helpful and had full knowledge about furniture and other items in the store. She has very good communication skills, friendly and she made us feel very special. Took time in understanding our needs and then was very patient while we were making decision She never pushed or rushed us to complete the purchase. My shopping experience at RK Furniture was a first class one from beginning to end! Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and took their time to go over the details of each couch/manufacturer. The purchase decision became seamless. Shipment was timely. The delivery men un-did the sliding door and brought in the sectional through the back yard. We required a new bedroom suite. We went to Arrow on Kennedy.The sales colleague there, JENNIFER, directed us to the area to browse. She was able to direct us to a suite we might have missed that checked all our boxes. She answered our questions and supplied us with all the info we required. My husband and I purchased a 2500 dollar mattress from a popular big box store. I was waking up in the middle of the night in horrible pain, unable to straighten up. They would not let us return it for any reason. I found Naturelle Organic Beds online and bought a 3 inch mattress topper for our new mattress. My back is completely better and my husband and I both love it. There was no smell and we could put it directly on top of the mattress. Sleep like a baby now.

Its one less thing to worry about when moving into a new home. Furnishing a new home can be daunting at first. We had read many bad stories from many companies but only can tell you of the good experience we had at Arrow Furniture. From the experience at the store until the drivers left our house we had nothing but excellent service.
